How many teeth do anteaters have?

YOU ANSWERED INCORRECTLY!

Answer: 0

About The Answer:

Anteaters have no teeth at all, and because of this, they have a very unique way of eating! Anteaters, despite their name, eat way more than just ants! They find termites, other soft bugs, soft fruits, and everything else they are interested in eating. They have to swallow them whole because they have no teeth. They flick their tongue back and forth so rapidly, they don’t have to be worried about any upset bugs biting them. The tongue is so fast that it flicks about 150 to 160 times per minute! The food goes straight into their stomach along with pebbles, and some hard debris that the food may have been surrounded by. This actually helps the stomach chew and break down the food.
