The grandson of Charles Darwin was a prominent writer in what field?

YOU ANSWERED CORRECTLY!

Answer: Golf

About The Answer:

Barnard Darwin, the grandson of the famed naturalist, biologist, and geologist Charles Robert Darwin, was a prominent golf reporter and author. Charles and his wife Emma raised Bernard after his mother passed away shortly after giving birth. Bernard attended Eton and Trinity College, graduating with a law degree, and he excelled at golf while in school, serving as team captain his senior year. Bernard joined the Royal Ordnance Corps during World War I. After the war, he became a court lawyer but disliked the occupation. Golf continued to draw him, and he found a career in sportswriting. He went on to a long career authoring books and articles on golf and golfers and was inducted posthumously into the world golf Hall of Fame in 2005, under Lifetime Achievement.
