What are baby rabbits called?

YOU ANSWERED CORRECTLY!

Answer: Kittens

About The Answer:

Baby rabbits are called kittens. This is the proper name for baby rabbits, but they are also sometimes called kits or kitties. The mother of the kittens is called a doe, and the birthing process of rabbits is called kindling. Newborn kittens are not fully developed; they are hairless, and their ears and eyes are shut. Most kinds of kittens’ coats come in within about a week, and their eyes open in about ten days after birth. The babies stay in their nest for two weeks before they get up and start discovering the world around them. They rely on their mother to nurse them twice a day as well as to lick them to stimulate them to pass waste. Young rabbits are often on their own in the wild as young as three weeks old!

Great job!
